We deliver our products Australia wide, using Australia Post eParcel and couriers.

Unfortunately, currently we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.

 

Shipping Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.  Deliveries may take longer during November and December, please allow extra time due to the high volume of orders during these months.

 

Tracking

• Individual Boosters & Individual Trading Cards: Standard delivery is not trackable.  Choose Express delivery if you want to track the delivery.  This also includes multiple individual trading cards.
  For items sent without tracking, Collect All Games takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

• All other orders (Including Booster Boxes):  As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with live tracking information on the email ID provided at the time of placing the order. 
  Australia Post eParcel service delivers Australia wide and requires a signature for delivery. If you choose to change the delivery to safe drop, Collect All Games takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

 

We reserve the right to alter, modify or update the above policy at any point, without serving any prior notice to our customers. Such modifications are usually warranted to accommodate changes in laws and regulations, imposition of shipping restrictions or internal changes in our business.
