In the interest of granting our valued customers further peace of mind when purchasing with us, Collect All Games allows certain products to be pre-ordered and paid for prior to their official release date so that you are able to secure your product. This is a premium service we offer, to ensure that stock of our product is reserved, and will be shipped out to you immediately upon the official release date – allowing you to spend less time worrying, and more time enjoying your games!

Below are the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. Please ensure all conditions of sale a read and understood prior to placing your order with us.

Pre-Order Product ETAs
We provide a release date on the majority of pre-order product we list on our website. These will be available via the product description page.

Please note that all ETAs are provided as an estimate as further delays can occur from time to time due to circumstances beyond Collect All Games’s control including (but not limited to), publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages or publisher manufacturing issues.

In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavor to notify all customers affected whenever major delays (more than 2 months) occur. In these instances, we will offer an appropriate remedy as per our Returns and Refund Policy where customers are unwilling to maintain their order with us as a consequence.

When will I receive my Pre-Order?
Products marked as “Pre-Order” will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives to our fulfilment warehouse, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to.

In this situation, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch or pick-up until its official release date.

Orders Containing a Pre-Order Product
If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the pre-order product is stocked into our warehouse or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived.

If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible.  Please note that extra shipping charges will apply for multiple deliveries

Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Products
If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, please note that we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the final pre-order product is stocked into our warehouse, or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.

I Need to Cancel my Pre-Order
Please urgently contact our Support Team with the relevant order number and email address used at purchase. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to the relevant terms and conditions set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Unfortunately, due to our order processing, packing and dispatching procedures within our warehouse, we will be unable to cancel or amend any part of any orders for, or containing, pre-order TCG products if the request is made within five days of the product release date.

Allocations and Stock Guarantees
Whilst we endeavor to fulfill each and every order in its entirety, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all orders on high demand products.  Sometimes it's beyond our control when suppliers restrict stock. We will fulfill orders based on the order they were received. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the full amount.
